Kestrel Vintner’s was seeking a face lift and expansion. The scope of work included a new tasting room, increasing wine production and storage areas, and a new bottling line. CRSC provided design building services for the new remodel of the existing tasting room and the new construction for the production and storage areas. The project was completed while keeping Kestrel Vintner’s open for business. Extensive planning, flexibility and coordination with all involved allowed the owner to realize significant savings.
